Gen3:3 but God did say, 'You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden , and you must not touch it , or you will die. ' "

Gen3:11 And he said, "Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?"

Gen3:17 To Adam he said , "Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you, 'You must not eat of it, ' " Cursed is the ground because of you ; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life.

Gen3:22 And the LORD God said , "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil . He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever ."

Gen6:8 But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD.

Gen6:9 This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God.

Gen17:1 When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to him and said, "I am God Almighty ; walk before me faithfully and be blameless .

Ex4.12 Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.”

Ex4.17 But take this staff in your hand so you can perform the signs with it.”

Lev26:12 I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be My people.

Lev26:13 I am the Lord your God , who brought you out of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to the Egyptians; I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk with heads held high.

Deu29:9 Carefully follow the terms of this covenant , so that you may prosper in everything you do.

Jos1:6 Be strong and courageous , because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them

Jos1:7 Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go

Jos23.11 So be very careful to love the LORD your God .

Job2:3 Then the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job ? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil. And he still maintains his integrity , though you incited me against him to ruin him without any reason."

Ps4:4 Tremble and do not sin ; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent

Ps18:21 For I have kept the ways of the LORD ; I am not guilty of turning from my God.

Ps 18:22 All his laws are before me; I have not turned away from his decrees.

Ps25:10 All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful towards those who keep the demands of His covenant.

Ps27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?

Ps27:3 Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear ; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident .

Ps27:4 One thing I ask from the LORD , this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.

Ps27:7 Hear my voice when I call, LORD; be merciful to me and answer me.

Ps27:8 My heart says of you, "Seek his face!" Your face, LORD , I will seek.

Ps27:14 Wait for the LORD ; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.

Ps31:23 Love the LORD, all his faithful people ! The LORD preserves those who are true to him, but the proud he pays back in full.

Ps33:18 But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear Him , on those whose hope is in His unfailing love

Ps37:7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him ; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes .

Ps37:11 But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy peace and prosperity

Ps55:22 Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you ; He will never let the righteous be shaken .

Ps85:8 I will listen to what God the Lord says; He promises peace to His people , His faithful servants- but let them not turn to folly.

Ps89:16 They rejoice in your name all day long; they exult in your righteousness.   Ps92:12 The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon;

Ps95:10 For forty years I was angry with that generation ; I said , 'They are a people whose hearts go astray, and they have not known my ways.'

Ps97:1 The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice

Ps97:7 All who worship images are put to shame, those who boast in idols - worship Him, all you gods!

Ps97:10 Let those who love the Lord hate evil , for He guards the lives of His faithful ones and delivers them from the hands of the wicked.

Ps97:11 Light shines on the righteous and joy on the upright in heart. Ps97:12 Rejoice in the Lord , you who are righteous , and praise His holy Name Ps105:4 Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always .

Ps112:1 Praise the Lord. Blessed are those who fear the Lord , who find great delight in His commands

Ps112:6 Surele the righteous will never be shaken; they will be remembered forever

Ps112:7 They will have no fear of bad news ; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord

Ps112:8 Their hearts are secure, they will have no fear ; in the end they will look in triumph on their foes .

Ps119:104 I gain understanding from your precepts; therefore I hate every wrong path

Ps119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path

Ps132:12 If your sons keep my covenant and the statutes I teach them,
then their sons will sit on your throne for ever and ever."

Pro3:1 My son, do not forget my teaching , but keep my commands in your heart,

Pro3:2 for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity.

Pro3:3 Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart.

Pro3:4 Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.

Pro3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;

Pro3:6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Pro20:22 Do not say, “I'll pay you back for this wrong!” Wait for the Lord, and He will avenge you.

Isa6.9 He said, “Go and tell this people: “‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving.'

Isa6.10 Make the heart of this people calloused; make their ears dull
and close their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed.”

Isa26:3 You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you

Isa26:8 Yes, LORD, walking in the way of your laws ,   we wait for you ; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.

Isa26:9 My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you . When your judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness.

Isa26:10 But when grace is shown to the wicked ,   they do not learn righteousness ; even in a land of uprightness they go on doing evil  and do not regard the majesty of the LORD.
Isa30:21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it .”

Isa32:17 The fruit of that righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and confidence forever.

Isa33:15 Those who walk righteously  and speak what is right, who reject gain from extortion  and keep their hands from accepting bribes , who stop their ears against plots of murder
and shut their eyes against contemplating evil —

Isa40.3 A voice of one calling: “In the wilderness prepare the way for the LORD ; make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

Isa40.6 A voice says, “Cry out.” And I said, “What shall I cry?”  “All people are like grass, and all their faithfulness is like the flowers of the field.

Isa40.9 You who bring good news to Zion , go up on a high mountain.
You who bring good news to Jerusalem , lift up your voice with a shout, lift it up, do not be afraid; say to the towns of Judah , “Here is your God!”

Isa41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you ; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you ; I will uphold you with My righteous right Hand.

Isa41:13 For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you , do not fear ; I will help you

Isa43:1 But now, this is what the Lord says- He who created you, Jacob , He who formed you, Israel: “ Do not fear, for I have redeemed you ; I have summoned you by name; you are Mine.

Isa43:5 Do not be afraid, for I am with you ; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west

Isa48:17 This is what the Lord says- Your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: “I am the Lord Your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go

Isa48:18 If only you had paid attention to My commands , your peace would have been like a river, your well-being like the waves of the sea.

Isa55.3 Give ear and come to me ; listen, that you may live . I will make an everlasting covenant with you ,  my faithful love promised to David

Isa55.6 Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near.

Isa55.7 Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts . Let them turn to the LORD , and he will have mercy on them , and to our God , for he will freely pardon .

Jer1.8 Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you , ” declares the LORD.

Jer1.10 See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.”

Jer17:5 This is what the Lord says : “ Cursed are those who trust in mortals, who depend on flesh for their strength and whose hearts turn away from the Lord

Jer33:3 Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know

Eze18:20 The one who sins is the one who will die . The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. The righteousness of the righteous will be credited to them , and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against them.

Eze18:21 “But if a wicked person turns away from all the sins they have committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, that person will surely live; they will not die .

Eze18:22 None of the offenses they have committed will be remembered against them. Because of the righteous things they have done, they will live .

Eze18:23 Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked ? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live ?

Eze18:24 “But if a righteous person turns from their righteousness and commits sin and does the same detestable things the wicked person does , will they live? None of the righteous things that person has done will be remembered . Because of the unfaithfulness they are guilty of and because of the sins they have committed, they will die.

Eze18:25 “Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.' Hear, you Israelites: Is my way unjust? Is it not your ways that are unjust ?

Eze18:26 If a righteous person turns from their righteousness and commits sin , they will die for it ; because of the sin they have committed they will die .

Eze18:27 But if a wicked person turns away from the wickedness they have committed and does what is just and right, they will save their life.

Eze18:28 Because they consider all the offenses they have committed and turn away from them , that person will surely live; they will not die .

Eze18:29 Yet the Israelites say, ‘ The way of the Lord is not just.' Are my ways unjust, people of Israel ? Is it not your ways that are unjust ?

Eze18:30 “Therefore, you Israelites , I will judge each of you according to your own ways , declares the Sovereign LORD . Repent! Turn away from all your offenses ; then sin will not be your downfall .

Eze18:31 Rid yourselves of all the offenses you have committed , and get a new heart and a new spirit . Why will you die , people of Israel ?

Eze18:32 For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone , declares the Sovereign LORD . Repent and live!

Dan12:3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens , and those who lead many to righteousness , like the stars for ever and ever.

Joel2:12 ”Even now,” declares The Lord , “return to Me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.”

Mal4:4 “Remember the law of my servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave him at Horeb for all Israel .

Mt1:20 But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said , "Joseph son of David , do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit .

Mt1:24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife.

Mat3.2 and saying, " Repent , for the kingdom of heaven has come near."

Mat3.8 Produce fruit in keeping with repentance

Mat3.9 And do not think you can say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.' I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham .

Mt5:5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.

Mt5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness , for they will be filled .

Mt5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy .

Mt5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

Mt5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.

Mt5:10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness , for theirs is the kingdom of heaven .

Mt5:11 "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me .

Mt5:12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven , for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you .

Mt5:13 " You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

Mt5:14 " You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.

Mt5:15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.

Mt5:16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven .

Mt5:17 "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets ; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

Mt5:18 Truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen , will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

Mt5:19 Anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven , but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven

Mt5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of Heaven

Mt5:21 "You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'You shall not murder , and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.'

Mt5:22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment . Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, 'Raca,' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. And anyone who says , 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell

Mt5.28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart

Mt6.6 But when you pray , go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen . Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Mt6:20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven , where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal Mt6:25 Therefore I tell you do no worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?

Mt6:33 But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness , and all these things will be given to you as well

Mt7:1 "Do not judge, or you too will be judged .

Mt7:13 Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction , and many enter through it

Mt7:14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life , and only a few find it.

Mt7:21 Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord , will enter the kingdom of heaven , but only those who do the will of My Father who is in heaven

Mt7:24 Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock

Mt7:26 But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.

Mt10:7 As you go, proclaim this message: The kingdom of heaven has come near

Mt10:8 Heal the sick , raise the dead , cleanse those who have leprosy , drive out demons . Freely you have received freely give.

Mt10.28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul . Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell .

Mt10.37 "Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me ; anyone who loves a son or daughter more than me i s not worthy of me .

Mt10.39 Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it .

Mt 12:36 But I tell you that people will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken .

Mt13:41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will weed out of His kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil

Mt15:3 Jesus replied, “And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition Mt15:18 But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these defile you

Mt15:19 For out of your heart comes evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander

Mt18.4 Therefore, whoever takes a humble place —becoming like this child— is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven .

Mt18.35 "This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive a brother or sister from your heart ."

Mt19.17 "Why do you ask me about what is good?" Jesus replied. "There is only One who is good . If you want to enter life, keep the commandments ."

Mt19.18 "Which ones ?" he inquired. Jesus replied, " 'You shall not murder , you shall not commit adultery , you shall not steal , you shall not give false testimony ,

Mt19.19 honor your father and mother,' and 'love your neighbor as yourself.'

Mt19:28(Rev21:5) Jesus said to them,”Truly I tell you at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne , you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel .

 

Mt21:32 For John came to you to show you the way of righteousness , and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes did. And even after you saw this, you did not repent and believe him.

Mt22:37 Jesus replied: “ Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind

Mt22:38 This is the first and greatest command

Mt22:39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself

Mt22:40 All the law and the prophets hang on these two commands

Mt24:4 Jesus answered : "Watch out that no one deceives you.

Mt24:6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.

Mt24:13 but whoever stands firm to the end will be saved

Mt24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Mt24:15 "So when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination that causes desolation,' spoken of through the prophet Daniel —let the reader understand—

Mt24:16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

Mt24:17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house.

Mt24:18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak.

Mt26:38 Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death . Stay here and keep watch with me."

Mt26:41 "Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation . The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak."

Mt26:46 Rise! Let us go! Here comes my betrayer! "

Mt28:16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee , to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.

Mt28:7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples: 'He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him .' Now I have told you."

Mt28:8 So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples.

Mt28:10 Then Jesus said to them, "Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee ; there they will see me."

Mt28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit ,

Mt28:20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age .

Mk7:8 You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to human traditions

Mk7:20 He went on: " What comes out of you is what defiles you.

Mk7:21 For from within , out of your hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder,

Mk7:22 adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly.

Mk7:23 All these evils come from inside and defile you."

Mk8:34 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me .

Mk8:35 For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it .

Mk9:7 Then a cloud appeared and covered them, and a voice came from the cloud: "This is my Son, whom I love. Listen to him!"

Mk9.25 When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, he rebuked the evil spirit. "You deaf and mute spirit ," he said, "I command you, come out of him and never enter him again."

Mk9:35 Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, "Anyone who wants to be first must be the very last, and the servant of all."

Mk10:19 You know the commandments : 'You shall not murder , you shall not commit adultery , you shall not steal , you shall not give false testimony , you shall not defraud , honor your father and mother.'

Mk11:22 ”Have faith in God, “Jesus answered

Mk12:28 One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him , "Of all the commandments , which is the most important?"

Mk12:29 "The most important on e," answered Jesus , "is this: 'Hear, O Israel : The Lord our God, the Lord is one .

Mk12:30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.'

Mk12:31 The second is this: ' Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."

Mk13:23 So be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time.

Mk13:28 "Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near.

Mk13:29 Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that it is near, right at the door.

Mk13:33 Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come .

Mk13:34 It's like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with an assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch .

Mk13:35 "Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back—whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn.

Mk13:36 If he comes suddenly , do not let him find you sleeping.

Mk13:37 What I say to you, I say to everyone: 'Watch!' "

Mk16:15 He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

Mk16:16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned .

Mk16:17 And these signs will accompany those who believe : In my name they will drive out demons ; they will speak in new tongues;

Mk16:18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."

Lk1:6 Both of them were righteous in the sight of God , observing all the Lord's commands and decrees blamelessly .

Lk1:51 He has performed mighty deeds with his arm;
he has scattered those who are proud in their

Lk1:74 to rescue us from the hand of our enemies, and to enable us to serve him without fear

Lk1:75 in holiness and righteousness before him all our days.

Lk4:18 " The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor .
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind , to set the oppressed free ,

Lk5:5 Simon answered, " Master , we've worked hard all night and haven't caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets."

Lk5:10 and so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, Simon's partners. Then Jesus said to Simon, "Don't be afraid; from now on you will fish for people ."

Lk5:14 Then Jesus ordered him, "Don't tell anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them."

Lk5:15 Yet the news about him spread all the more, so that crowds of people came to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses

Lk6:27 "But to you who are listening I say : Love your enemies , do good to those who hate you,

Lk6:28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.

Lk6:29 If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt.

Lk6:30 Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back.

Lk6:31 Do to others as you would have them do to you.

Lk6:32 "If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them .

Lk6:33 And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that .

Lk6:34 And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, expecting to be repaid in full .

Lk6:35 But love your enemies , do good to them , and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High , because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked .

Lk6:36 Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful .

Lk6:37 "Do not judge , and you will not be judged . Do not condemn , and you will not be condemned . Forgive , and you will be forgiven .

Lk6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

Lk6:40 Students are not above their teacher, but all who are fully trained will be like their teacher .

Lk6:41 "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in someone else's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

Lk6:42 How can you say, 'Friend, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye ? You hypocrite , first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from the other person's eye.

Lk6:46 "Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord ,' and do not do what I say ?

Lk6:47 As for those who come to me and hear my words and put them into practice, I will show you what they are like.

Lk6:48 They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it , because it was well built.

Lk6:49 But those who hear my words and do not put them into practice are like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete."

Lk8:14 The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life's worries, riches and pleasures , and they do not mature.

Lk8:15 But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word , retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.

Lk8:21 He replied, " My mother and brothers are those who hear God's word and put it into practice. "

Lk8:25 "Where is your faith ?" he asked his disciples. In fear and amazement they asked one another, " Who is this ? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him ."

Lk8:48 Then he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace ." LK8:50 Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus , "Don't be afraid; just believe , and she will be healed. "

Lk9:1 When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases ,

Lk9:3 He told them: "Take nothing for the journey—no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra shirt.

Lk9:5 If people do not welcome you, shake the dust off your feet when you leave their town, as a testimony against them."

Lk9:24 For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it .

LK10:8 "When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is set before you.

LK10:9 Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ' The kingdom of God has come near to you.'

Lk10:10 But when you enter a town and are not welcomed, go into its streets and say, Lk10:19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy , nothing will harm you

Lk10:20 However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.

Lk10:27 He answered, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and, ‘love your neighbor as yourself. “

Lk10:28 "You have answered correctly," Jesus replied . "Do this and you will live. "

Lk11:4 Forgive us our sins , for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation. ' "

Lk11:9 So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you

Lk12:1 Meanwhile, when a crowd of many thousands had gathered, so that they were trampling on one another, Jesus began to speak first to his disciples, saying : "Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.

Lk12:4 "I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more.

Lk12:5 But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after your body has been killed , has authority to throw you into hell . Yes , I tell you, fear him .

LK12:7 Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered . Don't be afraid ; you are worth more than many sparrows.

Lk12:8 "I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges me , the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God.

Lk12:9 But whoever publicly disowns me will be disowned before the angels of God.

Lk12:11 "When you are brought before synagogues, rulers and authorities , do not worry about how you will defend yourselves or what you will say,

Lk12:15 Then he said to them, "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions."

Lk12:22 Then Jesus said to his disciples : "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear.

Lk12:29 And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it.

Lk12:31 But seek His Kingdom , and these things will be given to you as well Lk12:32 Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the Kingdom

Lk12:33 Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will never fail , where no thief comes near and no moth destroys.

Lk12:35 "Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning,

Lk12:42 The Lord answered, " Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom the master puts in charge of his servants to give them their food allowance at the proper time?

LK12:43 It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns .

Lk12:44 Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions .

Lk13:6 Then he told this parable : " A man had a fig tree growing in his vineyard , and he went to look for fruit on it but did not find any .

Lk13:7 So he said to the man who took care of the vineyard, 'For three years now I've been coming to look for fruit on this fig tree and haven't found any. Cut it down! Why should it use up the soil?'

Lk13:8 " 'Sir,' the man replied, 'leave it alone for one more year, and I'll dig around it and fertilize it.

Lk13:9 If it bears fruit next year, fine! If not, then cut it down.' "

Lk13:24 " Make every effort to enter through the narrow door , because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.

Lk13:33 In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem !

Lk14:8 "When someone invites you to a wedding feast , do not take the place of honor, for a person more distinguished than you may have been invited.

Lk14:10 But when you are invited, take the lowest place, so that when your host comes, he will say to you, 'Friend, move up to a better place.' Then you will be honored in the presence of all the other guests.

LK14:11 For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled , and those who humble themselves will be exalted."

Lk14:12 Then Jesus said to his host, "When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid.

Lk14:13 But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind,

Lk14:17 At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited , 'Come, for everything is now ready.'

Lk14:21 "The servant came back and reported this to his master . Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, 'Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.'

Lk14:22 " 'Sir ,' the servant said, 'what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.'

Lk14:23 "Then the master told his servant, 'Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in , so that my house will be full.

Lk14:26 " If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters—yes, even life itself—such a person cannot be my disciple.

Lk14:27 And whoever does not carry their cross and follow Me cannot be My disciple

Lk14:33 In the same way, those of you who do not give up everything you have cannot be My disciple

Lk17:1 Jesus said to his disciples : " Things that cause people to stumble are bound to come, but woe to anyone through whom they come.

Lk17:2 It would be better for you to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around your neck than for you to cause one of these little ones to stumble.

Lk17:3 So watch yourselves . "If a brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent , forgive them .

Lk17:4 Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying 'I repent ,' you must forgive them."

Lk17:10 So you also , when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, 'We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.' "

Lk18:1 Then Jesus told His disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.

Lk18:7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones , who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?

Lk18:8 I tell you, he will see that they get justice , and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?"

Lk18:16 But Jesus called the children to him and said, "Let the little children come to me , and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Lk18:17 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it. "

Lk18:20 You know the commandments : 'You shall not commit adultery , you shall not murder , you shall not steal , you shall not give false testimony , honor your father and mother.' "

Lk18:21 "All these I have kept since I was a boy," he said.

Lk18:22 When Jesus heard this, he said to him, " You still lack one thing. Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven . Then come, follow me."

Lk19:12 He said : " A man of noble birth went to a distant country to have himself appointed king and then to return .

Lk19:13 So he called ten of his servants and gave them ten minas. 'Put this money to work ,' he said , 'until I come back .'

Lk19:14 "But his subjects hated him and sent a delegation after him to say, 'We don't want this man to be our king .'

Lk19:15 " He was made king , however, and returned home. Then he sent for the servants to whom he had given the money, in order to find out what they had gained with it.

Lk19:16 "The first one came and said, 'Sir, your mina has earned ten more.'

Lk19:17 " 'Well done, my good servant!' his master replied . 'Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities.'

Lk19:18 "The second came and said, 'Sir, your mina has earned five more.'

Lk19:19 "His master answered , 'You take charge of five cities.'

Lk19:20 "Then another servant came and said, ' Sir , here is your mina; I have kept it laid away in a piece of cloth.

Lk19:21 I was afraid of you , because you are a hard man. You take out what you did not put in and reap what you did not sow.'

Lk19:22 " His master replied, 'I will judge you by your own words, you wicked servant ! You knew, did you , that I am a hard man, taking out what I did not put in, and reaping what I did not sow?

Lk19:23 Why then didn't you put my money on deposit, so that when I came back, I could have collected it with interest?'

Lk19:24 "Then he said to those standing by, 'Take his mina away from him and give it to the one who has ten minas.'

Lk19:25 " 'Sir,' they said, 'he already has ten!'

Lk19:26 " He replied, 'I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but as for those who have nothing, even what they have will be taken away.

Lk21:8 He replied : " Watch out that you are not deceived . For many will come in my name , claiming, 'I am he,' and, 'The time is near.' Do not follow them.

Lk21:14 But make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will defend yourselves.

Lk21:19 Stand firm, and you will win life.

Lk21:34 " Be careful , or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap.

Lk24:49 I am going to send you What My Father has promised , but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high .

Jn15:2 He cuts off every branch in Me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit He prunes so that it will be even more fruitful

Jn15:4 Remain in Me, as I also remain in you . No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine . Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in Me

Jn15:5 I am the vine ; you are the branches. If you remain in Me and I in you , you will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing

Jn15:9 As the father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Now remain in My love Jn15:10 If you keep My commands , you will remain in My love , just as I have kept My Father's commands and remain in His love

Jn15:12 My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.

Jn15:13 Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends Jn15:14 You are My friends if you do what I command

Jn15:17 This is My command : Love each other

Jn15:18 If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated Me first

Jn15:19 If you belonged to the world , it would love you as its own .As it is, you do not belong to the world , but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you .

Jn15:20 Remember what I told you: 'Servants are not greater than their master.' If they persecuted me , they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching , they will obey yours also.

Jn15:21 They will treat you this way because of my name , for they do not know the one who sent me .

Jn15:24 If I had not done among them the works no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin . As it is, they have seen, and yet they have hated both me and my Father .

Ro2:7 to those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality , He will give eternal life .

Ro2:8 But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger.

Ro2:10 but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew , then for the Gentile .

Ro6:6 For we know that our old self was crucified with Him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin

Ro6:11 In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus

Ro6:12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires

Ro6:13 Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness , but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life ; and offer every part of yourself to Him as an instrument of righteousness

Ro6:14 For sin shall no longer be your master , because you are not under the law , but under grace

Ro6:15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace ? By no means!

Ro6:16 Don't you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are always slaves of the one you obey - whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death , or to obedience, which leads to righteousness

Ro6:17 But thanks be to God that, though you used to be slaves to sin , you have come to obey from your heart the pattern of teaching that has now claimed your allegiance

Ro6:18 You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness .

Ro6:20 When you were slaves to sin , you were free from the control of righteousness

Ro6: 22 But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God , the benefit you reaps leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life

Ro7:6 But now, by dying to what once bound us , we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit , and not in the old way of the written code.

Ro7:8 But sin , seizing the opportunity afforded by the commandment , produced in me every kind of coveting. For apart from the law , sin was dead.

Ro7:9 Once I was alive apart from the law ; but when the commandment came, sin sprang to life and I died .

Ro7:10 I found that the very commandment that was intended to bring life actually brought death .

Ro7:11 For sin, seizing the opportunity afforded by the commandment , deceived me, and through the commandment put me to death .

Ro7:12 So then, the law is holy, and the commandment is holy, righteous and good.

Ro7:13 Did that which is good, then, become death to me? By no means! Nevertheless, in order that sin might be recognized as sin , it used what is good to bring about my death , so that through the commandment sin might become utterly sinful .

Ro7:22 For in my inner being I delight in God's law;

Ro7:23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me.

Ro7:25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord ! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law , but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin

Ro8:2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death

Ro8:3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the sinful nature , God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful humanity to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in human flesh

Ro8:4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us , who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit

Ro8:5 Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires ; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires

Ro8:6 The mind controlled by the sinful nature is death , but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace

Ro8:9 You, however, are not controlled by the sinful nature but are in the Spirit , if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you . And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ

Ro8:10 But if Christ is in you , then even though your body is subject to death because of sin , the Spirit gives life because of righteousness

Ro8:12 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation - but it is not to the sinful nature , to live according to it

Ro8:13 For if we live according to the sinful nature, you will die ; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body , you will live .

Ro8:25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have , we wait for it patiently .

Ro8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him , who have been called according to His purpose

Ro10:8 But what does it say? "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim:

Ro10:9 If you declare with your mouth, “ Jesus is Lord ,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Ro10:10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved

Ro11:18 do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you.

Ro11:20 Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief , and you stand by faith . Do not be arrogant, but tremble .

Ro11:21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either.

Ro11:22 Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God : sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness . Otherwise, you also will be cut off.

Ro12:1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy , to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God — this is true worship .

Ro12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world , but be transformed by the renewing of your mind . Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is- His good, pleasing and perfect will.

Ro12:6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith ;

Ro12:7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach;

Ro12:8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

Ro12:9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil ; cling to what is good

Ro12:10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.

Ro12:11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord

Ro12:12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer

Ro12:13 Share with the Lord's people who are in need. Practice hospitality

Ro12:14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.

Ro12:15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.

Ro12:16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not think you are superior.

Ro12:17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil . Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone.

Ro12:18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.

Ro12:19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath , for it is written : "It is mine to avenge ; I will repay ," says the Lord .

Ro12:20 On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."

Ro12:21 Do not be overcome by evil , but overcome evil with good.

Ro13:1 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God .

Ro13:5 Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience.

Ro13:7 Give to everyone what you owe: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

Ro13:8 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law .

Ro13:9 The commandments , "You shall not commit adultery ," "You shall not murder ," "You shall not steal, " "You shall not covet, " and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command : "Love your neighbor as yourself."

Ro13:10 Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law .

Ro13:11 And do this, understanding the present time . The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed .

Ro13:12 The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light .

Ro13:13 Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness , not in sexual immorality and debauchery , not in dissension and jealousy .

Ro13:14 Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ , and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature.

Ro14:1 Accept those whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters.

Ro14:3 The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted that person.

Ro14:4 Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To their own master they stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.

Ro14:8 If we live, we live to the Lord ; and if we die, we die to the Lord . So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.

Ro14:13 Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister.

Ro14:15 If your brother or sister is distressed because of what you eat, you are no longer acting in love. Do not by your eating destroy your brother or sister for whom Christ died.

Ro14:16 Therefore do not let what you know is good be spoken of as evil .

Ro14:17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness , peace and joy in the Holy Spirit

Ro14.18 because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and receives human approval.

Ro14.19 Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification.

Ro14.20 Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All food is clean, but it is wrong for a person to eat anything that causes someone else to stumble.

Ro14.21 It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything else that will cause your brother or sister to fall .

Ro14.22 So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God . Blessed are those who do not condemn themselves by what they approve.

Ro15.1 We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves.

Ro15.2 We should all please our neighbors for their good, to build them up.

Ro15:6 so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ

Ro15.7 Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.

Ro15.10 Again, it says, "Rejoice, you Gentiles , with his people."

Ro15.11 And again, "Praise the Lord , all you Gentiles ; let all the peoples extol him."

Ro15.18 I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me in leading the Gentiles to obey God by what I have said and done—

Ro16:17 I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned . Keep away from them .

Ro16:19 Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the churches of Christ send greetings.

Ro16:26 but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God , so that all the Gentiles might come to faith and obedience —

1Cor1.2 To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be his holy people , together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ —their Lord and ours:

1Cor1.29 so that no one may boast before him .

1Cor1.31 Therefore, as it is written : "Let those who boast boast in the Lord ."

1Cor 3:18 Do not deceive yourselves . If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become fools so that you may become wise 1Cor4:2 Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful

1Cor4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait till the Lord comes . He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of people's hearts . At that time each will receive their praise from God .

1Cor4:6 Now, brothers and sisters, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the meaning of the saying, “ Do not go beyond what is written ”. Then you will not be puffed up in being a follower of one of us over against the other.

1Cor5.7 Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch—as you really are. For Christ , our Passover lamb , has been sacrificed.

1Cor5.8 Therefore let us keep the Festival, not with the old bread leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

1Cor5.9 I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people —

1Cor5.11 But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with any who claim to be fellow believers but are sexually immoral or greedy, idolaters or slanderers, drunkards or swindlers. With such persons do not even eat.

1Cor5.13 God will judge those outside. "Expel the wicked person from among you."

1Cor6:9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived : Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor practicing homosexuals

1Cor6.12 "I have the right to do anything," you say—but not everything is beneficial. "I have the right to do anything"—but I will not be mastered by anything.

1Cor6.13 You say, "Food for the stomach and the stomach for food, and God will destroy them both ." The body, however, is not meant for sexual immorality but for the Lord , and the Lord for the body.

1Cor6.15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute ? Never!

1Cor6.16 Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body ? For it is said, "The two will become one flesh."

1Cor6. 17 But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit.

1Cor6.18 Flee from sexual immorality . All other sins people commit are outside their bodies, but those who sin sexually sin against their own bodies .

1Cor6.19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God ? You are not your own ;

1Cor6.20 you were bought at a price . Therefore honor God with your bodies .

1Cor8.1 Now about food sacrificed to idols: We know that "We all possess knowledge." But knowledge puffs up while love builds up.

1Cor8:3 But whoever loves God is known by God

1Cor8.9 Be careful, however, that the exercise of your rights does not become a stumbling block to the weak.

1Cor8.13 Therefore, if what I eat causes my brother or sister to fall into sin , I will never eat meat again, so that I will not cause them to fall .

1Cor9.14 In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel .

1Cor9.24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.

1Cor10.6 Now these things occurred as examples to keep us from setting our hearts on evil things as they did.

1Cor10. 7 Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written : "The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in revelry."

1Cor10.8 We should not commit sexual immorality , as some of them did—and in one day twenty-three thousand of them died.

1Cor10.9 We should not test Christ, as some of them did—and were killed by snakes.

1Cor10.10 And do not grumble , as some of them did—and were killed by the destroying angel .

1Cor10.12 So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don't fall!

1Cor10.14 Therefore, my dear friends, flee from idolatry .

1Cor10.20 No, but the sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to God , and I do not want you to be participants with demons .

1Cor10.21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord's table and the table of demons.

1Cor10.24 No one should seek their own good, but the good of others.

1Cor10.25 Eat anything sold in the meat market without raising questions of conscience,

1Cor10.27 If an unbeliever invites you to a meal and you want to go, eat whatever is put before you without raising questions of conscience.

1Cor10.28 But if someone says to you, "This has been offered in sacrifice," then do not eat it, both for the sake of the one who told you and for the sake of conscience.

1Cor10.31 So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God .

1Cor10.32 Do not cause anyone to stumble, whether Jews, Greeks or the church of God —

1Cor10.33 even as I try to please everyone in every way. For I am not seeking my own good but the good of many, so that they may be saved .

1Cor11.1 Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ .

On Covering the Head in Worship

1Cor11.28 Everyone ought to examine themselves before they eat of the bread and drink of the cup.

1Cor11.31 But if we were more discerning with regard to ourselves, we would not come under such judgment.

1Cor13:2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge , and if I have a faith that can move mountains , but do not have love , I am nothing

1Cor13:3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love , I gain nothing

1Cor13:4 Love is patient , love is kind . It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

1Cor13:5 It does not dishonor others , it is not self-seeking , it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrong

1Cor13:6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoice with the truth

1Cor13:7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 1Cor13:8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies , they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge , it will pass away

1Cor13:13 And now these three remain: faith , hope and love . But the greatest of these is love.

1Cor14.1 Follow the way of love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy .

1Cor14. 13 For this reason those who speak in a tongue should pray that they may interpret what they say.

1Cor14.15 So what shall I do? I will pray with my spirit , but I will also pray with my understanding; I will sing with my spirit , but I will also sing with my understanding.

1Cor14.20 Brothers and sisters, stop thinking like children. In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults.

1Cor14.26 What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up.

1Cor14.27 If anyone speaks in a tongue, two—or at the most three—should speak, one at a time, and someone must interpret.

1Cor14.28 If there is no interpreter, the speaker should keep quiet in the church ; let them speak to themselves and to God .

1Cor14.29 Two or three prophets should speak, and the others should weigh carefully what is said.

1Cor14.37 If any think they are prophets or otherwise gifted by the Spirit, let them acknowledge that what I am writing to you is the Lord's command .

1Cor14.38 Those who ignore this will themselves be ignored.

1Cor14.39 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, be eager to prophesy , and do not forbid speaking in tongues.

1Cor14.40 But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.

1Cor15:58 Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm . Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord , because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

2Cor 5:9 So we make it our goal to please Him , whether we are at home in the body or away from it .

2Cor5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come : The old has gone, the new is here .

2Cor 5:18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation :

2Cor5:19 that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ , not counting people's sins against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation

2Cor5:20 We are therefore Christ's ambassadors , as though God is making His appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf : be reconciled to God

2Cor 6:1 As God's co-workers we urge you not to receive God's grace in vain.

2Cor 6:2 For He says “In the time of My favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you” I tell you now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation .

2Cor6:17 Therefore, “ Come out from them and be separate , says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing , and I will receive you ” .

2Cor6:14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness .

2Cor7:1 Therefore, since we have these promises , dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reference for God .

2Cor9:7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver

2Cor10:5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God , and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ .

Eph4:1 As a prisoner for the Lord , then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received

Eph4:2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.

Eph4:3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace

Eph4:4 There is one body and one Spirit , just as you were called to one hope when you were called

Eph4:16 From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work

Eph4:17 So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord , that you must no longer live as the Gen tiles do, in the futility of their thinking

Eph4:18 Th ey are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of their ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts

Eph4:19 Having lost all sensitivity, th ey have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed

Eph4:20 That , however, is not the way of life you learned

Eph4:21 when you heard about Christ and were taught in Him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus

Eph4:22 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life , to put off your old self , which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires

Eph4:23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds

Eph4:24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness Eph4:25 Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body

Eph4:26 ”In your anger do not sin ”:Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry

Eph4:27 and do not give the devil a foothold.

Eph4:28 Those who have been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need.

Eph4:29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen

Eph4:30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God , with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption

Eph4:24 and to put on the new self , created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness

Eph4:31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice Eph4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving, each other, just as in Christ God forgave you

Eph5:1 Follow God's example , therefore, as dearly loved children

Eph5:2 And walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God

Eph5:3 But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for the Lord's people.

Eph5:4 Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving

Eph5:5 For of this you can be sure : No immoral, impure or greedy person-such a person is an idolater - has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God

Eph5:6 Let no one deceive you with empty words , for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient

Eph5:7 Therefore do not be partners with them .

Eph5:8 For you were once darkness , but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light

Eph5:9 ( for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth)

Eph5:10 and find out what pleases the Lord

Eph5:11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness , but rather expose them

Eph5:12 It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret

Eph5:14 This is why it is said: “ Wake up , sleeper , rise from the dead , and Christ will shine on you .”

Eph5:15 Be very careful, then, how you live - not as unwise but as wise ,

Eph5:16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil .

Eph5:17 Therefore do not be foolish , but understand what the Lord's will is

Eph5:18 Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery . Instead, be filled with the Spirit ,

Eph5:19 Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns and songs from the Spirit . Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord

Eph5:20 Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ

Eph5:21 Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ

Eph5:22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord

Eph5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church , his body, of which He is the savior

Eph5:24 Now as the church submits to Christ , so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything

Eph5:25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her

Eph5:26 to make her Holy , cleansing her by the washing with water through the word

Eph5:27 and to present her to Himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but Holy and blameless

Eph5:28 In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself

Eph5:29 After all, people have never hated their own bodies, but they feed and care for them, just as Christ does the church

Eph5:30 For we are members of His body

Eph5:31 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh

Eph5:33 However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband

Eph6:1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord , for this is right.

Eph6:2 ”Honor your father and mother”- which is the first commandment with a promise-

Eph6:4 Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord

Eph6:5 Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ

Eph6:6 Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart

Phi 4:7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus

Ph6:7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord , not people,

Eph6:9 And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that He who is both their Master and yours is in heaven , and there is no favoritism with Him.

Eph6:10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power

Eph6:11 Put on the full armor of God , so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes

Eph6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms

Eph6:13 Therefore put on the full armor of God , so that when the day of evil comes , you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand

Eph6:14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,

Eph6:15 and with your feet filled with the readiness that comes from the Gospel of peace

Eph6:16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

Eph6:17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.

Eph6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests . With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people

Eph6:19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the Gospel

Phi1.9 And this is my prayer : that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight,

Phi2.15 so that you may become blameless and pure , " children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation." Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky

Phi4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true , whatever is noble, whatever is right , whatever is pure , whatever is lovely ,, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy- think about such things

Phi 4:9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me , or seen in me- put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you

Col1:10 So that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please Him in every way; bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God

Col1:11 being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience

Col 1:12 and giving joyful thanks to the Father who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of His people in the kingdom of light

Col1:23 If you continue in your faith , established and firm, and do not move from the hope held out in the gospel. This is the gospel you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven , and of which I, Paul, have become a servant

Col2:6 So then, just as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord , continue to live your lives in Him ,

Col 2:7 rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness

Col2:8 See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ

Col2:6 So then, just as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord , continue to live your lives in Him ,

Col 2:7 rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness

Col2.11 In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your sinful nature was put off when you were circumcised by Christ ,

Col2:18 Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you. Such people also go into great detail about what they have seen, and their unspiritual minds puff them up with idle notions

Col3:1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ , set your hearts on things above where Christ is seated at the right hand of God

Col 3:2 Set your minds on things above not on earthly things.

Col 3:3 For you died , and your life is now hidden with Christ in God

Col 3:4 When Christ, who is your life , appears, then you also will appear with Him in Glory

Col3:5 Put to death , therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry

Col3:7 You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived

Col3:8 But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander and filthy language from your lips

Col3:9 Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices

Col3:10 and have put on the new self , which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its creator

Col3:12 Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience

Col3:14 And over all these virtues put on love, which bind them all together in perfect unity

Col 3:15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace . And be thankful

Col3 :16 Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns and songs from the Spirit , singing to God with gratitude in your hearts

Col 3:17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the Name of the Lord Jesus , giving thanks to God the Father through Him

Co3:23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord , not for human masters

Col3:24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving

Col4:2 Devote yourselves to prayer , being watchful and thankful .

Col4.5 Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.

Col4:6 Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know to answer everyone.

Col4.17 Tell Archippus: "See to it that you complete the work you have received in the Lord ."

1Thes1.10 and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead— Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath .

1Thes2.10 You are witnesses, and so is God , of how holy, righteous and blameless we were among you who believed.

1Thes2.12 encouraging, comforting and urging you to live lives worthy of God, who calls you into his kingdom and glory .

1Thes4.1 As for other matters, brothers and sisters, we instructed you how to live in order to please God , as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more.

1Thes4.2 For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus .

1Thes4.4 that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable ,

1Thes 4:7 For God did not call us to be impure , but to live a holy life .

1The4:8 Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction does not reject a human being but God, the very God who gives you his Holy Spirit.

1Thes4.11 and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life : You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you,

1Thes4.12 so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.

1Thes5.4 But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief.

1Thes5.5 You are all children of the light and children of the day . We do not belong to the night or to the darkness .

1Thes5.6 So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober.

1Thes5.8 But since we belong to the day, let us be sober , putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.

1Thes5.11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

1Thes5.13 Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.

1Thes5.14 And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive , encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone.

1Thes5.15 Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong , but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.

1Thes5.16 Rejoice always,

1Thes 5:17 pray continually

1Thes5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus

1Thes5:21 but test them all; hold on to what is good

1Thes5:23 May God Himsel, the God of peace sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ

2The1:8 He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus .

2The2:1 Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters,

2The2:2 not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter —asserting that the day of the Lord has already come.

2The2:10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved

2The2:15 So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold fast to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter 2The3:4 We have confidence in the Lord that you are doing and will continue to do the things we command.

2The3:6 In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ , we command you, brothers and sisters, to keep away from every believer who is idle and disruptive and does not live according to the teaching [ f ] you received from us .

2The3:7 For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example. We were not idle when we were with you,

2The3:10 For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: "Anyone who is unwilling to work shall not eat."

2The3:11 We hear that some among you are idle and disruptive . They are not busy; they are busybodies.

2The3:12 Such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and earn the bread they eat.

2The3:13 And as for you, brothers and sisters, never tire of doing what is good .

2The3:14 Take special note of those who do not obey our instruction in this letter . Do not associate with them, in order that they may feel ashamed.

2Thes3:15 Yet do not regard them as enemies, but warn them as fellow believers .

1Tim1.18 Timothy, my son, I am giving you this command in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by recalling them you may fight the battle well,

1Tim1.19 holding on to faith and a good conscience , which some have rejected and so have suffered shipwreck with regard to the faith .

1Tim2.2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness .

1Tim4:7 Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives tales ; rather, train yourself to be Godly

1Tim4:8 For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come

1Tim4.11 Command and teach these things.

1Tim4.12 Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

1Tim4.13 Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture , to preaching and to teaching.

1Tim4.14 Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you.

1Tim4.15 Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress.

1Tim4.16 Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.

1Tim5.22 Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands, and do not share in the sins of others. Keep yourself pure .

1Tim6.11 But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness , faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

1Tim6:12 Fight the good fight of faith . Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

2Tim1.14 Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you—guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us.

2Tim2:1 You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus .

2Tim2:2 And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.

2Tim2:3 Join with me in suffering , like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

2Tim2:4 No one serving as a soldier gets involved in civilian affairs; rather, they try to please their commanding officer.

2Tim2:5 Similarly, anyone who competes as an athlete does not receive the victor's crown except by competing according to the rules.

2Tim2:6 The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the crops.

2Tim2:7 Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you insight into all this.

2Tim2:8 Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David . This is my gospel,

2Tim2:9 for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God's word is not chained.

2Tim2:10 Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus , with eternal glory .

2Tim2:11 Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him;

2Tim2:12 if we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him,
he will also disown us;

2Tim2:13 if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself.

2Tim2.14 Keep reminding God's people of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen.

2Tim2.15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth .

2Tim2.16 Avoid godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly.

2Tim2:19 Nevertheless, God's solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: " The Lord knows those who are his, " and, "Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness. "

2Tim2:20 In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay ; some are for noble purposes and some for disposal of refuse .

2Tim2:21 Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.

2Tim2.22 Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith , love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart .

2Tim2:23 Don't have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels .

2Tim2:24 And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful.

2Tim2:25 Opponents must be gently instructed, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth ,

2Tim 4:1 In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus , who will judge the living and the dead , and in view of his appearing and his kingdom , I give you this charge:

2Tim4:2 Preach the word ; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.

2Tim4:5 But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist , discharge all the duties of your ministry.

2Tim4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Tit1:1 Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ to further the faith of God's elect and their knowledge of the truth that leads to godliness

Tit2:12 It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions , and to live self controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,

Tit2:14 Who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for Himself a people that are His very own , eager to do what is good

Heb3:14 We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold firmly till the end our original conviction

Heb10:23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He Who promised is faithful .

Heb12:14 Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy , without holiness no one will see the Lord

Heb12:25 See to it that you do not refuse Him Who speaks . If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from Him Who warns us from heaven

Heb12:28 Therefore since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reference and awe

Heb13:5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you ; never will I forsake you .”

Heb13:6 So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can human beings do to me?'

Heb13.7 Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.

Heb13.9 Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings . It is good for our hearts to be strengthened by grace , not by the eating of ceremonial foods, which is of no benefit to those who observe such rituals .

Heb13:15 Through Jesus , therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise-the fruit of lips that openly profess His Name

Ja1:4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything

Ja1.5 If any of you lacks wisdom , you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

Ja1.6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt , because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

Ja1.9 Believers in humble circumstances ought to take pride in their high position.

Ja1.10 But the rich should take pride in their humiliation—since they will pass away like a wild flower.

Ja1:12 Blessed are those who persevere under trial, because when they have stood the test they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him

Ja1.19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry ,

Ja1.20 because our anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.

Ja1.21 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.

Ja1.22 Do not merely listen to the word , and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says .

Ja1.25 But those who look intently into the perfect law that gives freedom and continue in it—not forgetting what they have heard but doing it —they will be blessed in what they do.

Ja1.26 Those who consider themselves religious and yet do not keep a tight rein on their tongues deceive themselves , and their religion is worthless.

Ja2.1 My brothers and sisters, believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ must not show favoritism.

Ja2.5 Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him ?

James3.17 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure ; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere .

Ja5:16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed . The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective .

1Pet1:14 As obedient children , do not confirm to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance.

1Pet1:15 But just as He who called you is Holy, so be holy in all you do; 1Pet1:16 For it is written: ”Be holy, because I am Holy,”

1Pet1:22 Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from the heart.

1Pet3:14 But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed . “Do not fear their threats, do not be frightened

1Pet4:8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.

1Pet4:9 Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.

1Pet4:10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms

1Pet4:18 If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner ?

1Pet5:6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand , that he may lift you up in due time.

1Pet5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

1Pet5:8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

1Pet5:9 Resist him , standing firm in the faith , because you know that your fellow believers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

1Pet5:10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.

2Pet1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness

2Pet1:10 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble

2Pet2:21 It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness , than to have known it and then to turn their backs on the sacred command that was passed on to them.

2Pet3:11 Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives

2Pet3:14 So then dear friends, since you are looking forward to this , make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with Him

1Jn1:3 We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard , so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with His son, Jesus Christ . We write this to make our joy complete.

1Jn2.3 We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands .

1Jn2.4 Those who say, "I know him ," but do not do what he commands are liars, and the truth is not in them .

1Jn2:5 But if anyone obeys his Word , love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in Him

1Jn2:6 Whoever claims to live in Him must live as Jesus did

1Jn2.7 Dear friends, I am not writing you a new command but an old one, which you have had since the beginning. This old command is the message you have heard.

1Jn2:10 Those who love their fellow believers live in the light, and there is nothing in them to make them stumble

1Jn2:17 The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever

1Jn3:3 All who have this hope in Him purify themselves , just as He is pure

1Jn3:7 Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.

1Jn3:24 Those who keep His commands live in Him, and He in them . And this is how we know that He lives in us : We know it by the Spirit He gave us

1Jn4:7 Dear friends let us love one another for love comes from God . Every one who loves has been born of God and knows God 1Jn4:11 Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another 1Jn4:16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God , and god in them

1Jn4:17 This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment : In this world we are like Jesus

1Jn5.2 This is how we know that we love the children of God : by loving God and carrying out his commands .

1Jn5.3 In fact, this is love for God : to keep his commands . And his commands are not burdensome,

Jude 20 But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit

Jude21 keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life Jude22 Be merciful to those who doubt

Jude23 save others by snatching them from the fire ; to others show mercy, mixed with fear- hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh.

Rev1:11 which said:” Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philidelphia and Laedicea

Rev2:10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death , and I will give you life as your victor's crown

Rev3:10 Since you have kept My command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test those who live on the earth .

Rev3:11 I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown

Rev3:14” To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God's creation

Rev14:12 This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keeps His commands and remain faithful to Jesus

Rev12.17 Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to make war against the rest of her offspring— those who keep God's commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus.
